These are the real superstars of the Tiger Team.  Our Cubs are the mentors and counselors who will help the individual students make sense of the overwhelming amount of information required to develop optimal college applications to the appropriate programs and colleges for the students and their families.  The Cubs who are currently undergraduate and graduate students, were recently in the same stage of their education and were facing similar challenges and decisions.  These successful graduates learned so much throughout their journey and are in the perfect position to share their secrets and lessons learned with aspiring successful college applicants.  They have the inside information that is elusive to those currently in the trenches of an ever increasing competitive college admissions landscape.
